He secured the deal with a knowledgeable but very low pressure approach which I greatly appreciated. That isn’t always the case as a female shopping for a car. The paperwork went smoothly with Chris in the finance dept. With so many new features to learn, Max assured me he would always be available to answer questions as they popped up. Really a joy to own and drive. High off the ground with 4 wheel drive. Great MPG. Love the heated steering wheel and the automatic rear lift gate.
