This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

I needed to purchase a car for my daughter who is going off to college and trade in our old explorer for a new one with 4wd. From start to finish the team at Towne Ford made me feel really wonderful about the whole process. From Francisco and Carlos in Sales were wonderful and answered all my questions, they even delivered the car to my house! Bass in Finance is a miracle worker and Steve the manager and the rest of the crew were great to work with and they all made the deal happen. I have been looking at dealerships for a while so on my fifth time, I basically lowered my expections. It turned out so well because out of all the salesrep I talked to and explained my unusual situation, Drake Stenberg was the only one who went overboard, had been extremely helpful and overall fantastic. We made every transactions (except the final signing) through email, text and calls. Of course I also did my part and research what I can about the car I'm buying, prepared everything i might need and also ask questions if I'm unsure of anything. When we were ready to seal the deal, I told him I can not go to onetoyota until the next day because I have a toddler and I live quite far. Drake then offered to deliver the car to my house instead so we can wrap things up. It was such a great idea because I honestly don't want to drive all the way to oakland and then drive back home. It was such a delightful experience, my car looks great and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the whole transaction.
