This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Although I experienced issues with the manager, Gian, on securing a price for my new vehicle, Juan was professional and ensured a quick and efficient purchase. He answered every question clearly and got us a great price. Also had an excellent experience with finance manager Alex Belhadi. He got us in and out of the finance office in about a half hour and didn't pressure us to order any additional packages. Very happy with my new vehicle and cannot recommend Juan and Alex highly enough!

Steven O’Brien was INCREDIBLE! We spent almost 5 hours with him because we were playing with different rates from different people and he was patient and active the whole time. Deondrea McLaurin was very helpful especially since our original salesperson, Nicholas disappeared. I was disappointed that I was not notified that he left the organization, as I was emailing him and not getting a response. I didn't know until the car came in. All in all, a good experience, but a little disorganized. Maybe because Nick left, all the paperwork had to be redone when we arrived because the car was supposed to be registered in our 2 names but was only done for one of us. There were many clerical errors, so it took a lot longer than expected. However, everyone was professional and kind. Also, we thought we would get a military rebate, but the small print is only if you finance through Toyota, who's rate is ridiculous. This should be noted in the headline. A bit of a bait and switch. Would use them again.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.
