This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

All personnel involved were straightforward, helpful, got everything done on time, explained everything and did the signing in record time.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

When I dropped my car off I made mention that I had a physical struggle and she was so attendant with my pain. What I admired and just made my day was once my car was finished she asked me if I would like her to get my car as it was parked far away. I don’t ask for help well. And I often decline help. I almost said no and she saw my hesitation and went to get my car. The world needs more people like her!!

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I have purchased more than 40 cars over the years and Tee Hamzy is one of the very best representatives I have worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, great follow through, and willing to go the extra mile. You’d be lucky to have him meeting your automobile needs.

Karen was absolutely great. She had two vehicles for me to try a RAV4 hybrid and a Corolla Cross. Provided a lot of information about both, wasn’t pushy. I ended up with the Rav4. Super easy process. Was in and out in no time. Pickup day was great too. She ran through a little paperwork, then paired me up with a specialist to run through all the features of the vehicle, even paired my phone for me. A++. I can’t say enough, Karen was great.

First time taking my dodge truck in for service, inspection, oil change, and recall software update. Everything was on time, and service coordinator kept me updated on the progress. Your salesperson, Sharif Bilodeau, served me when I was urgently in need of a vehicle. He listened to my current situation and I told him I was looking for a used Tacoma in good condition with moderate mileage. He told me of a vehicle at Lia in NY with 83,000 miles but was very clean and well taken care of. Sharif showed me extensive photos of the vehicle and I impressed with candor and knowledge of the vehicle’s history. Sharif did not pressure me but allowed me plenty of time to absorb the condition of this vehicle.
