At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Juan provided excellent service. It is rare to see or find honest sales representatives. He is one among them. On a whole Arlington Toyota seems gives values to customers and try to provide reasonable service. The financial rep is another great candidate. I recommend!

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

Salesman Steve Pevenstein is very responsive, this is a huge benefit for customers. His video mesaages are fun to watch. But if you want to do an internet deal finalize negotiation remotely, his management insisted I come in to get a final price, so this dealer did not get my business. Another dealer worked out a below MSRP deal and we are doing it all remotely, I only come to the dealer to pick up the car. I bought 2 Toyotas this way already, once from Warrenton Toyota and another from Bill Page.

I was very pleased with the results of my experience. I was provided with a rental car due to the extensive amount of work that had to be done on my car. It took less time than expected which made this a pleasant experience.

I found the car on line, got a great price via the internet then test drove it the next day. The sales manager and sales person stuck with the deal as agreed to and I took the car home that day. I appreciated the straight forward approach...a very positive experience so far.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process.
