New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Manhattan Beach, CA

In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never met anyone like "Big Joe" Jose Chavez. At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

While the vehicle purchase experience was excellent, the service department did not meet expectations. I had bad experiences with my previous vehicles, and I believe the way this situation has been handled contradicts the warranty policies

Employees are kind but you should inspect use cars better before customers buy them because I bought one and it had some issues I had to wait 4 days until car was fixed I think cars had to be ready and don’t hide cars before contact is signed because I went out 2 times to see the car again and the car was not there so next time don’t cheat the customer.
