I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

The person who checked me in, the people at the courtesy shuttle, etc. I mostly worked with Christie Martin and she was awesome--super professional, calm, knowledgeable, nice. There were other employees who I chatted with briefly who were very personable. Even though it wasn't related to my service, it really created a good vibe.
