This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

Service Advisor, Eugene was fabulous. Page needs to be updated, as Eugene’s name does not appear. He was in contact with me throughout the day regarding my car. No services were completed without my knowledge or approval. He was professional and friendly. I even received a follow up text from his supervisor at the end of the day regarding my experience. I bought a 2023 Tundra TRD OR pickup this past weekend. I drove over 4 hours to make this purchase and everything from my first call to driving off the lot was remarkable! My salesman, Roger S was very personable and took the time to make sure everything was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road to head home. Just bought a 2025 Crown Signia and it’s a great car. This is the second car I’ve bought with Nate as my salesman. He is so knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell you, just answers your questions and shows you what you want to see. My car was the first of its kind for the dealership, and it has tons of safety equipment. After only working there for five days, Natalie stepped in and competently and confidently aided me with the setup. That young lady has a bright future. I’ll be going back to see Nate and Natalie.
