Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Super quick booking for a tire fix. It was late in the day and I was able to get it taken care of. I only use World Toyota because I have had great service in the past with my other toyota.

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

I found this dealership online. I had never heard of them but saw they had a car I was interested in and would check it out. My salesperson Shane was AMAZING. Very friendly and patient with me. I can't express how grateful and over the moon I was to find the exact car with everything I wanted and more. Shane stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. He was overall FANTASTIC!!! The general manager Nick was awesome and their finance team...Kash was so pleasant. Everyone was such a joy to work with and went up over and beyond to assure that I was taken care of. The facility is great, clean (even the bathrooms) spacious well lighted, welcoming and friendly - overall very positive customer experience — it is a faith based family run business that does not apologize for its faith or values. The business is a high performing one that respects its customers equally regardless of gender, race, nation of origin (but make no mistake, it is an American owned business that flies the U.S. Flag with pride) — Hooah! By all outward appearances it promotes hard working emoloyees who meet the goals of the business unit. The few times we’ve had a problem / concern, management responds immediately and does what is fair and reasonable to resolve the problem / correctly address the concern … The 2025 RAV4-Limited is exactly what we wanted - it’s a keeper, just like our 2006 Highlander is …

Originally I was scheduled to have my car serviced and the day before I got a flat. Brain my service rep made sure I was taken care of. The didn't have my tire size in stock and had to order it. Amazingly they received the tire later that day and got me all fixed up and back on the road. Thanks World Toyota!
