From new 163,000 km great running economical maintenance as well. One major glitch leaking sunroof. Entire unite had to be removed poor waterproofing materials used. $600 to repair. Don’t use sunroof that’s the only downside to car

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.

5 months and about 4,500 miles on the car so far. Decent gas mileage from 35 to 41 mpg. The 41 numbers came when it was new and summertime. Haven't gotten over 38 in the winter. Comfortable inside. I would like to have more knobs and buttons and less touch screen. Software is occasionally glitchy on the touchscreen. I wish the car would go more than 3 or 4 blocks in electric mode. I would prefer a hybrid that goes 20 miles or so on electric power but the Venza is okay. If you go more than about 15 mph, the EV mode turns off. Plenty of headroom inside but I have to duck down a lot to get into the driver's seat and I am a short person. So far the mpg are the same no matter if I drive 55 or 70. That's unusual in my experience.

Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!

I just bought this 2013 4 cylinder Venza with 126K miles on it. I have the base LE trim. My primary reason for buying it is because I am 6'4" tall and this model does not have a sunroof. All cars with a sunroof have lower head room. The only minor issue is the suspension is very firm and I feel every bump. But that firm ride also makes emergency high speed maneuvers safe. There is no top heavy rocking like most SUVs suffer from.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Currently at 228000 miles, outside of tires and oil changes (every 5000 miles), this car just runs. Very reliable. No major issues to report.

had Venza v6 AWD limited since new 2013. aprox 48k. Just had to replace original battery. still on original tires, I change oil & filter every 5k, not 10k as indicated in manual. I expect it will easily go to 100k and beyond.

I’ve owned my 21 Venza for 3 years and have been extremely happy with it. I have 31,000 miles on it and it still looks, feels and smells like a new car. I love the ventilated seats especially in the hot summer months. I drive a mixture of city and highway miles and average a high of 45 mpg and a low of 38 mpg. The car is very smooth and quiet and feels like an upscale luxury car. I couldn’t be happier with my Venza.

I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

I recently purchased a car through Toyota of Hollywood and was taking care by a gentlemen named Ellis. I had been looking for a car for quite some time, and was hoping to find something close to my budget. Most dealerships were trying to up sale the cars they had (both new and used). Thankfully when I called in and spoke to Ellis, not only was he trying really hard to help me out through this journey, but was paying close attention to my needs and really worked with me to get a great car and a wonderful deal that I couldn't pass when comparing to other dealerships who were trying to sell me the basic version of the car I purchased from them. Ellis was extremely profession and and down to earth. He went so much out of his way to help me out, that he decided to stay an extra 2:30hr after closing time to wait for me in order to get the car, not to mention doing all the E-signatures to speed top the process. I would highly recommend this place and definitely speak to Ellis, he in a wonderful sales person to work with and really tries to help you the best he can. Excellent vehicle overall except for manufacturer and/or dealer loading on worthless items ( non negotiable ) ie: small dent removal $639.00 and interior upholstery stain repair or tear repair ( of course with exceptions) also$639.00. When dealer confronted , Their attitude " take it or don't buy the car, we'll sell it to next buyer in line"

Best car we’ve ever owned we’re at 200,000 miles and still runs like new, the only thing I’ve replaced so far other than tires and battery is the starter at 175,000 miles. The one thing that keeps breaking are the sun visors,I’ve probably replaced them 3 times already,other than that it’s a very reliable car I would definitely buy one again!

Love my Venza. Very classy design, better looking than Lexus NX, exception gas mileage much above stated mpg. I easily get 45-50 mpg city in Eco mode. Very quiet. Panoramic stargaze moon roof is amazing. Interior quality is top notch. Boulder seat color is very pleasant and makes the interior bright and cool. Nothing to complain about so far
