Overall, the experience at Autonation was a good one. I had narrowed down my search a good bit online so, when I got to the dealer I was able to get right to the transaction phase. Nicci was the sales associate and Kenneth helped us complete all the final paperwork. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I drove away that day in the vehicle I wanted and could afford. No pressure. No intimidating upsell maneuvers. I would recommend Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert for sure.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Coulter dealerships have been very good to me with the vehicles I have bought from them in the past. Coulter Cadillac was the best experience yet. I got a great deal and I know it! The deal was mostly done on line and did not change the day the xt6 was picked up. This is not the usual dealership experience. No wonder Coulter has been around for 100 years. Great service from beginning to almost end. Took my car in the afternoon and when I tried later at night to drive my car nothing was set as I had it before the service. Such lights inside outside off or on and I wasted my time trying in the dark and with telephone lights to figure things out. Do not change anything that is set in the car. Bad half hour reading car instructions in the dark😩 I don’t know my car well, I am a new owner. Please do not assume I know where things are such as light switch!!!
