Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. It is the best and most professional dealership in the whole region. Erv Janicki, the Service Advisor takes his time to explain things and keeps you informed throughout the process. The Master Service Technician, Allan, is very knowledgeable and diligent at performing the service. He diagnosed the problem immediately and provided the next steps to fix the issue. The dealership is super clean and organized, and nobody is trying to sell you anything you don't need. Congratulations to the whole team!

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

The car buying experience can be intimidating-particularly for women. My teenage daughter and I highly recommend working with Brendan in Sales, Manny in Finance, and Marcus as the Sales Manager. No mansplaining! They were all receptive to our questions and patient. The entire experience was a wonderful learning opportunity for my teenager and me, for that matter! I was able to complete the finance information in advance, which was less stressful knowing I was approved before the purchase process began. We were also able to test drive the car in the dark, which was an added opportunity. 100% highly recommend across the board

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. In case you are wondering, Yes I would highly recommend them to a family member :-)
