Very accommodating and certainly competitive regarding pricing and valuation of any vehicle you may wish to trade. The actual business transaction is seamless and efficient, although I wish this could be completed in one step (ie the sales consultant processes the paperwork) as other dealerships now do. The financial process was really tense, if not dark and shady. I walked in with my own approved credit from another bank, but they pushed for another application of their own finance department which I agreed to. To my surprise I was approved for a lower rate with but I did not know that till I refused to buy with th rate they quoted me and started walking out. I’m talking about them trying to get me on a 13.5% instead of 5.9% that I ended up buying the car with, and I only did because I really liked the car... one more thing don’t count one the free loaner most of the time, but they will arrange a shuttle service for you...
We were treated very well by our salesman Chris and David. We received a great value on the certified car we purchased and they worked with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied with all of the details.
