I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Starting to hate this vehicle looks so good. Having a rattle in the suspension fixed now. Have a couple of electrical or computer issues that are more annoying than problematic. The remote start doesn’t work great. The ride is very good. The new lane assist and so forth have room for improvement but work as well as anything I’ve drove. Power is very good and the mileage is slightly better than expected. I’d get rid of the shifter to improve center console. Dealership is atrocious but they all are becoming that way.

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

Eddie Baker was extremely professional. I like the fact that he gave me the entire Carfax report on the car he sold me. The test drive was wonderful too as he pointed out all the Hidden gems of the car.

Jeromy was well informed on the Forster model I was interested in and very helpful. Muller Subaru had a good inventory and the Forester Premium with Option Parkage 15 had all the key safety features that I wanted. Their price was competitive with some of the other dealers in the area. Their free “loner” and local “pickup and drop off service” was instrumental in my decision to buy with Muller Siberia.
