Fantastic Customer Service!

I'm writing this review based on the incredible experience I had with Dan Meegan, one of the Sales Managers at Napleton Loren Hyundai. I came to Dan a the end of my rope. My 2015 Hyundai had been leased through Grossinger Hyundai in Lincolnwood,and after multiple unreturned phone calls from them plus a bizarre interaction where the phone rep insisted that she had spoken with me and had scheduled an appointment with me (both untrue), I was on the search for a Hyundai dealership that would provide some much needed honest customer service.
Enter Dan Meegan.
Dan promptly returned my email and understood that it was easiest for me to correspond via email versus over the phone due to my schedule. Positive points for this. I can't tell you how many times I tried to email Grossinger and only received phone calls in return. What is the point of asking you to email me if you just continue to call me?! UGH! Anyway - so Dan and I proceeded to email throughout the day while I explained my situation and he searched for what might be a good solution.
Do you know what the solution ended up being? Waiting and not leasing a new car right now. I am not sure what other dealership would have been this honest with me. Instead, they would have finagled to get me in, fast talked me into confusion and then put me in a lease I was uncomfortable with. Not Dan.
I cannot tell you how much his honesty and interest in doing the "right thing" meant to me. I can lease/buy a car anywhere - but without a doubt, at the end of the year, I will be going to see Dan at Napleton Loren Hyundai. Such a great guy. Thanks again Dan...and sorry for the belated review. Life is crazy!!! :)
