Purchased a Certified Audi A3 from Team Audi Volkswagen. Bobby Sosa was an excellent salesman. He was pleasant, informative and not pushy throughout the process including the negotiations for our trade-in and the A3 purchase price. I was pleased that Team Audi did NOT have an additional salesman jump in when it didn't look like the deal was going to happen right away. Bobby stayed on point and we were able to get the deal done.....not typical of my other car buying experiences.

I came in to look at a used 2003 infiniti G35 that I saw for sale online. I test drove it. I loved the car and purchased it. Ryan was very professional with the process and very friendly. I would do business with them again.
Car salesmen was great. The department that did the financial services was great as well. Glad I bought my 2010 Ford Focus it meets my expectations. Store looks very nice as well. I have a problem with my only key. It has turned from an "Adminkey" to a "mykey" which limits the vehicles speed, radio volume, and other annoying things. When I called in to acquire on the other "Adminkey" (Ford tells me there must be atleast one in the cars computer) I was directed to Chris G. He knew nothing of the cars "mykey" system. He explained to me they gave me the only key they had and that the "gas and oil" are my problem as well. I won't spend money there to be disrespected again. A sorry we can't do anything would have been acceptable, sarcasm isn't!
Billy went above and beyond to help me. As long as he is in Service. I will come back to Haggerty. He was so professional and personable. He was able to answer all of my concerns. He also got me a brand new loaner car. I have bought plenty of new cars. I never experienced such a genuinely nice person. He answered all my concerns. Also told me there was a open recall on my Vehicle. I would of never checked. Please let him know it’s Service people like him made my life much easier. He deserves a commendation.

Sergio in service always takes great care of my vehicles and always makes sure I am very satisfied with the service performed on my cars. He is truly a great service writer and I ask for him whenever I need service. Great guy all around.
I purchased a pre-owned BMW and their pricing was very good. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. My sales rep Karen Hernandez was nice and I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. It was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
My salesperson Karen was extremely helpful from start to finish, as were the managers Raphael and Rubin.
I live in TN, and flew to Chicago to pick up the car. Karen even picked me up from the airport. Even though I was a little tired from the flight, I didn't feel pressured into anything, and knew what the pricing details were going to be ahead of time, which is a relief, especially when investing in a plane ticket.
I just finished driving back home, and am excited to have been able to deal with FJVW, and look forward to driving my VW for many years.
I only give the facilities a 4 because they were limited in their refreshment offerings, and had no snacks. Other VW dealerships that I've visited have had a pretty wide assortment of drinks and snacks.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The service included this but also checked out the car. Everything was done within the time promised, while I waited. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of.
