After being hit in a minor rear-end collision I heard a rattling sound. During a routine maintenance visit Robert was good enough to take a ride with me so he could experience the rattle itself. The service center was very good about identifying the noice, which was loose exhaust hanger. It was quickly fixed. Communication was excellent with Robert, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
The closing process was painless and excellent and that gentlemen was beyond helpful . The negotiations with the manager on duty was great . The salesmen Paul was very inconsiderate and very scatterbrained . I purchased two cars at the same time from him and he kept rushing and disappearing and kept mentioning he had other people he was needing to sell to . He attempted to try and talk me out of installing the hard top that came with the vehicle and thought it was a joke that I wanted to see the Jeep on a lift . I felt that I stood around and waited for long periods of time only to have to keep reminding him why I was waiting there . Overall the dealership was great and all but the experience of service we got on the sales side of things was miserable . He also knew nothing at all about the cars .
Friendly service, professional, and let me know prices and exactly what was going on with my vehicle and key. I didn???t agree with me paying for the key to be reprogrammed cause I had nothing to do with the key malfunctioning. But none the less... I was satisfied.
We had a scheduled meeting to look at the car we ultimately purchased. The car was ready and once we noticed a problem with the rear window of convertible top they were willing to negotiate a lower price. However, even through we were pre-approved for financing it took over an hour to get the paperwork ready, which we did not anticipate. Additionally, I had to make a return trip from Indianapolis to Fairfield, because the form I originally signed were not the correct forms. Overall we are satisfied with the service and the car, but would have preferred a more streamlined process and not to have to return to complete paperwork.
I was rear-ended by another vehicle and under the gun to get a replacement vehicle for my total loss 2016 Passat. I arrived Saturday am and was out the door with a 2016 Passat by early afternoon. This was my second opportunity to work with Paul. I couldn't ask to be treated better.
This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.

Justin spent 3 hours with me today looking at 4 models of VWs. He took the time to get to know my needs and find the best fit vehicle. He also knows not only about VWs but how they compare to other cars in the market. He also has some pretty impressive friends, but that's another story. If you are in the market for a VW please ask for Justin. He will treat you with respect and empathy both not always found in the car buying experience.
One quick call to Justin to confirm our new vehicle was still avai or was the start to our buying process. One hour drive, we pulled into the lot with our new vehicle in the shade to look over. Justin provided a full review of the vehicle, followed by a test drive..which sealed the deal. Not a complaint by any means; but it would've been nice to have the paperwork processed quicker..out of state and vehicle trade-in I believe slowed down the buying process. Great experience from people who genuinely care to please! Don't ask for free stuff unless you buy a VW :)
A couple of things that I was supposed to have handed to me at the dealership were not. I asked for them to be sent to me, 3 weeks later, still nothing. I asked for one additional chunk of information, nothing. Make sure you get everything before you walk out the door!
I have been using this VW dealership for years. I have been impressed with each visit I have made to have my Jetta serviced. This, along with the quality of the vehicle, is why I purchased another VW at this specific dealership. I have been dealing with Scott Johnson (service rep) for 11 years and hope I never have to deal with anyone else. My Jetta, which I still have, has 245000 miles on it. Scott was EXTREMELY helpful every 5K miles when I got it serviced. He made me feel like part of the VW family. I am looking forward to enjoying my new Passat.
We were shopping for a new VW Jetta TDI and had been calling dealers all over the tri-state area to find what we were looking for. Most would say they didn't have what we wanted and that was the end of the conversation. When we called Kings VW of Loveland they were the only dealer to offer to search the area for us to find what we wanted. They called us to tell us they had a delivery that day and we could come to look at the one that fit our specifications. They went out of their way to get the car off of the trailer and ready for a test drive for us. We appreciated their willingness to make calls to other dealers to find what we were looking for when no one else did. We ended up buying from them.
