Had an appointment to review my options about my KIA Optima. Was in a very tuff situation with over miles and my credit. Initially tried to get a KIA but ended up going to Volkswagen. Miguel and Isaac are a great team. The kept trying to find solutions for me. Yes I spent all day at the dealership but drove away in a brand new Jetta. Thank you for the hard work and dedication.

I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....

Moh Zarrinkamar reached out to me via email and phone to inform me of my lease ending and what amazing deals were available to me. I have leased two cars from Steve Rodgers at Galpin and I have had nothing but positive experiences! I recently saw my tire lights come on, and even though I didn't have an appointment that day, I stopped by the Volkswagen dealership anyway. They were able to take care of me right away and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Before coming to him, I used to dread going to car dealerships, but now, I get excited when I "have" to go in, because he truly make me feel like a friend; like family. His kindness, customer service and attentiveness to anything I may need is consistent and unwavering. I have referred everyone I know to him and I will continue to go to him for all of my vehicles!
