This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. We are extremely satisfied customers and would be willing for let anyone know about our wonderful experience. Thanks again Sports Chevy Team. Continue you excellent work. P.S. Our experience was completely random. We were on our way to Florida from Nebraska. (We were taking a friends vehicle to Florida for her). Once in the car, we decided to listen to audio books on our trip. Try as we may, we were unsuccessful in pairing a phone and getting the book to play over the vehicle sound system. We stopped in the Volvo dealership in Overland Park to see if we could get some assistance. We went into the showroom and were greeted by a very nice representative. We told her that this would be the most unique request she would have all day. We told her our predicament and she said, “You’re in luck! I happen to be the tech support for this dealership! Let’s go out to your car and we’ll get you all ready to listen to your book.” We went out to the vehicle and with in a matter of minutes had all our questions answered, our audio book playing in the vehicle and thanked us for stopping by. The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

The dealership is awesome. When going into the dealership, Cordaro greeted me and was extremely helpful through the transaction. The whole team was awesome and made the dealership experience pleasant unlike the other dealerships I worked with in the past.

Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Had flat tire from a screw in brand new car at about 11 pm. New cars do not have spare tires and AAA man had never fixed a tire using Volvo system. I called one of owners (using number he had given me) who explained to us how punctured tire could be fixed so I could get home. It worked because owner went out of way to help me late at night.
