we got this 2023 SEL with 24k miles, after three months
we got this 2023 SEL with 24k miles, after three months and just since the beginning it have been a back and forward to and from the dealer , many different things had to be change .. all new brake pads, with 24k go and figure !! .. rear shocks, steering rack, a switch in the steering broke , rust in any welded point under the vehicle that I had to repaint ,( FL car) , cant imagine a NY car in the snow, .. inside the car, in the tire compartment, (no tire) there are some brackets that get rusted very bad.. very common, seen brand new ones , already rusted.. the corporate guy ,said that is nothing, don't worry , its normal.. just paint it .. LOL .. car also got a new set of tires installed and alignment and the dealer ,its difficult to drive , hard to center and keep the steering centered , you make a turn and the steering won't comeback to the center it states like 45 dree off , mechanics say its normal..the car had this problem with the old tires also, I guess there are so many bad things in this cars and they don't know how to fix it or they need the factory to approve it , that they prefer to say, its normal .. its a shame , because is a nice looking car , engine and transmission perform very well , with a lot of technology .. and it feels fine on the road, except with the steering problem .. I looking to trade it for some thing else

I bought a new 2023 Outlander which now has around 15K
I bought a new 2023 Outlander which now has around 15K miles. So many issues with it, and none of them are being fixed by the dealership. Couple of months after I got it, the info center started to randomly go out. It has wireless CarPlay but the phone has to be plugged in for AndroidAuto. The charging ports randomly stop charging. The dealership says they don't see the problem because it works when I bring the car. The videos I recorded don't count, so I brought the car in as it was malfunctioning. They saw how a plugged-in phone didn't charge but still said they can't do anything without Mitsubishi authorization. After a few months someone came from Mitsubishi and they said they'll contact me. Waited for 2 months, nothing happened. When I called, there was no record of my case, so it started from scratch and took more months. Every time they said they'll contact me and never did. Finally, I told them the system has to be fixed asap, it goes out in the middle of the trip leaving me without GPS and the car is supposed to be under warranty. The guy said it makes no sense to fix it as all their info units are defective and need a software update, which is coming out in 2 months, in November 2024. It's March 2025 - no update in sight. The camera regularly freezes. When backing up, there is a few second delay - which should be a reason for recall - and today instead of a bird view image it showed one right front camera position. The wipers don't change the speed. The trunk button for locking the car almost never works but, of course, when I brought it in, it worked that one time. The brakes screech when backing up and turning. Mitsubishi said it's normal for an electric brake. All the issues are expected, normal and they won’t fix anything. This SUV has a 4-cylinder engine so the ride feels slow and heavy. I had a 17-year old Odyssey before and it had much lighter and stronger pull than a brand new Outlander. The third row is a joke. Small sizes adults don't fit in there. They make you buy a mandatory $1300 Zurich cleaning package. I used it once but it didn't include the trunk which stayed dirty. A worthless rip-off. Customers shouldn't be forced to buy it. Mitsubishi has service promotions and they tell you they'll make sure to deduct the offer but don't. I was quoted a regular price over the phone for an oil change and 2 filters as $207. After the service they gave me a bill for $80 more. When I reminded them about the quote, they lowered it, but removed the promotion. The first time I waited for an oil change that was supposed to take 40 minutes but took well over 3 hours. The second time I asked for a shuttle service they provide - the only thing I can praise about the dealership. I need the car every day so it's very difficult to leave it for repairs. And then they won't do any repairs. What use is the warranty? I regret buying it. The car is only a year and a half old but too many things malfunction and you can't get them fixed. Horrible manufacturing quality and service. Mitsubishi is unreliable and irresponsible.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION.
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.
