Approximately 500 Clubsports were produced and it's the last 911 street version that was built entirely by hand at Porsche Motorsport in Weissach. Here's a detailed look at this iconic model: Overview: Introduction: The 996 GT3 was introduced in 1999 as a homologation model for the GT3 racing class. The Club Sport package was offered as an option, further enhancing its track capabilities. Engine: 3.6-liter naturally aspirated flat-six Power: Approximately 360 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque Transmission: 6-speed manual gearbox Drivetrain: Rear-wheel drive Key Features: Performance: The 1999 GT3 could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in around 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of approximately 188 mph. Chassis: The GT3 featured a lowered and stiffened suspension compared to the standard 996 Carrera, with adjustable anti-roll bars and performance-oriented shock absorbers. I bought my 1999 996 in early 1999. I love the styling and it drives like a dream. A daily drive for me these days with 85000 miles. The clutch was replaced after 50000 miles and I have the oil changed every 3000 miles. My mechanic has been taking care of it for over 20 years now. I asked about the IMS issue and am told there is no evidence of any problem. If you stay ahead of maintenance you will have the best automobile you could ever own.

This is a fabulous Porsche, Great Pedigree, Serviced Correctly, Looks and Drives perfectly. Original Paint Looks Great, Alloys with Goodyear F1 Tires, Cold Air, Power Sunroof, The Tip Tronic is awesome. Great Investment, Fly in and Drive Home, Enjoy.
