I purchased 2014 in 2016 and the most part it was reliable,dependable until the oil started dissipating after oil changes in 2019 and oil light on and engine light.l took to the shop prior and nothing was found to be an issue, only an oil change. I replaced timing belt,solenoids in Sept 2022, as of Apr 2023 l carried it in for diagnostic check only to find out it need a transmission & motor. I am baffled. It's paid for now and now it's not operable.l have no money for a new one at the time. I am so furious. Not another GM .

Key 🗝️ ignition problem

I also purchased a 2014chevy Captiva lt. I am having problems with the key ignition. Key gets stuck in park and I can't get it to come out. I will be trading this car in. They said no recall but there should be

I purchased one in 2014 used. I am having problems with the gear shift, I have been looking for one but they are on back order and they don’t know when it will be available
