CarMax Springfield

I was extremely impressed with how easy and far less time consuming it was to shop with CarMax as opposed to a local dealership.

The process was so easy! My salesperson, Amanda, was amazing. She helped walk me through the process and what to expect along the way. I loved that I was able to do the process in pieces on different days. The trade-in amount was more than I was going to get anywhere else, and I loved the no-pressure feel of the entire experience. I had a couple of issues with the vehicle, and Amy immediately resolved them with no hassle. She was so kind and helpful I will definitely look at CarMax when I need to purchase again in the future.

The dealership was able to obtain the vehicle I was looking for in just a week. Most communication was done promptly over texts. I was able to test drive and purchase the vehicle in just a few days.
