This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

This is my 4th CX-5 since 2016.

This is my 4th CX-5 since 2016. I have loved all of my CX-5s until this one. The gas mileage is poor on this one and the ride is rough. It’s not the driver because I use the cruise control feature when I drive. I guess it is because the others were front wheel drive and they are now all all wheel drive. I used to get in the low 30’s combined mpg now I get 20. I’ve had the car looked at at the dealership but nothing seems to be wrong with it. Sad to say I will be getting out of this lease early and looking at other options.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
