I had a great experience at Jenkins Mazda. Brian S, my sales consultant, was pleasant, candid, experienced, knowledgeable and made the day enjoyable. He was easygoing and introduced me in a respectful way to other team members including Sales manager, Jay and Finance manager, German. Everyone I encountered from Reception to Service seemed to enjoy their work. The dealership seemed like a family, and not just a collection of coworkers. I drove 40 miles, despite having a Mazda in my own hometown, I bought a new vehicle on my first visit to Jenkins and plan to make the trip to service here as well. There was a pride among the staff and a level of care and customer service I did not find at my local Mazda. Do not hesitate to buy here…. And I hope you’ll have an opportunity to work with Brian Sciorra, who made an impression on me.

I have been to many dealerships and bought multiple vehicles, but this one was the best. They treated me very well, yes i was there almost an entire day but it was worth it. Left with a great vehicle for my son. While i was there the manager and various other employees where very attentative they would come to me to see if i was ok or needed anything like water or a snack while i waited. Most of them also had conversations with us not relating to the process of buying the vehicle. Would definitely recomend to others.
