Now at 77000 Kliks & 10 yrs old a great bargain car! Fuel economy still around 7L/100Klm. No rust (except wheel rims) good seats rather coldish in winter tho... Only money spent on front end stabilizer bar & steering bits. Cant complain about tranny -its a stupid "puredrive" but we lucked into getting the OVERDRIVE option. That was our salvation!

Owns this car

This is a great car! We did have to put some money into it, but it runs good. Most cars require some work these days once you hit over 100k miles.

Transmission no go

Used to own this car

This could have been a no frills economic car. But the transmission's on these are known to fail. And with a basic 60,000 powertrain warranty, they are built to barely get to that. Then they fail, and fail catastrophically
