Avoid this dealership since they no longer have a Buick
Avoid this dealership since they no longer have a Buick approved Service Dept. Any warranty issues are you stuck with the problem and they will NOT reach out to GM for help. We had a Turo problem with our Buick Encore that was replaced once, prior to our buying the car, and now it has failed again. It seems this is an on going problem with the Encore and the Envision. Beware they offer no help and charge to diagnosis the vehicle. Will not contact GM to help resolve this issue. Rude service Mgr. did not listen and talked over me just want your money. Beware!

I had an interesting experience with this car.
I had an interesting experience with this car. I plugged the seatbelt in but the warning light came on even though it was in already. Took it to the dealership and it needed a new sensor for the seatbelt. This was on driver side. This should be a recall issue!

2919 Buick Encore
Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.
