Owns this car

I have had my car for 8 years now. It has 104,000 miles on it and (knock on wood) I have not had any problems with it! I do drive a lot of highway miles and not as many in town!

Warranty Warranty Warranty matters

Owns this car

I'm neutral on this car. I bought used at 41k miles, and it's spent 3 of 9 months at the dealership in two visits, both while the original warranty was still valid. In the first instance, what should have been a one or two day repair took a month because of a lack of qualified hybrid mechanics, compounded by a service representative who refused to have the tech look at the item I suggested as the cause of hybrid failure until I called National HQ to complain. The second instance was due to the exhaust problem noted elsewhere, and it took forever for one of the parts to arrive. All that aside, this is a fun car to drive! It's a smooth ride, it's great on curves, and plenty comfortable. I'm hopeful the "issues" are out of the way now.

They need to recall the exhaust system for 2017

Owns this car

Bought one from a dealership and drove it for two weeks. It overheated and after inspection they said the exhaust system is malfunctioning and they can't get parts to replace it. I now own a 30000 dollar lawn ornament I am paying a loan on while bicycling to work.
