I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport
I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.

Bad experience, damage vehicle
I strongly would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was sold a car that has frame damage which is unacceptable. I specifically asked my Sales Consultant Aaron if this car has any frame or flood damage and he stated NO! My car stopped working due to water in my trunk which damaged the electrical system. The repair bill was $1200 and I only had the car for 6 months. I took it to the body repair shop where they showed me the frame damage and the repair bill is over $4000. I was lied to and its costing me so much money. I expressed because of my poor vision the features that are important for me to have in my next vehicle. When I purchased the car, the rear view camera feature listed was not even in the car when delivered to my home in Georgia. I spoke with my Sales Consultant and was told to get a quote and give him a call. I tried calling for over a month. I have not received a call back since. I’ve reached out to management starting in March about the frame damage and they always just take my number down and no one has yet to give me a call back. It’s been a horrible experience and as a first time buyer I wouldnt wish this car buying experience on no one. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t purchase from this company!
