Traded our 2020 traverse Lt in for the new z71 traverse. Since that time there have been 4270 miles put on it and it now sits at the dealership with a severe brake system failure and is unsafe to be driven. Last word was it will take months to get the parts to repair. Master cylinder and all associated parts need to repaired but no one can get parts for this vehicle. This will be our last GM vehicle due to the horrible quality. Service department was supposed to set up a rental while the warranty work was in progress and never called to set it up. We had to make 7 stops in to get that done. Horrible customer service on the dealers part. The rental paid for by Gm is a sedan only even though the traverse is the family vehicle. No update is every given by GM or the dealership as to when or what is going on with the vehicle, it just sits at the back of the dealership out of their way. The customer before us had theirs completely lock up on the interstate almost causing an accident, parts department has informed that this is a nationwide issue yet no recalls have been made on the 2025 traverse.

A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.
