I have 44,500 miles on my 2015 Ram 2500. Here are several problems coming to mind. (1) My DEF warning light illuminated. I read most of the comments concerning the NUMEROUS DEF issues on the internet identified by Ram truck owners. Nothing I tried corrected this problem. Dodge/Chrysler should recall the DEF system and fix it! (2) With the truck running, the radio sometimes comes on when in the off position and other times the radio will not shut off even when the key is turned off. (3) When I used the 4x4 lever in the truck to shift out of 4x4, the lever freely moved without shifting out of 4x4. I had to crawl under the truck to manually shift out of 4x4. There is a small rubber/nylon bushing holding the lever in the truck to the 4x4 shifter. This design is not good for those who often use the 4x4. And, (4) With the truck running, at times when I shift into drive, the vehicle will not move. I have to put the truck in park, shut off engine and restart the truck. This usually corrects the problem. Although I enjoyed the truck when I first purchased it, several SIGNIFICANT problems lead me to believe I should cut my loses.

I bought my 2015 2500HD truck brand new in 2016, my trouble started with DEF system, after 6 times taking it to dealer, finally got fixed. 2021, some how diesel fuel got into wiring harness, had to have 2 new harnesses and power control modules at the cost of 13,000 $$. Now I'm having trouble with radio pulling batteries down plus what sounds like turbo problems !!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A RAM OF ANY KIND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.
