I have a 2022 GLS 450 with lots of features.

I have a 2022 GLS 450 with lots of features...except reliability.This car has had 14 recalls. I had a terrifying experience of backing out of my driveway, the information screen going blank, the cars engine shut off, AND the brakes stopped working. We live on a steep driveway, and have a row of trees that stopped me...or I would have LITERALLY ended up in my neighbors basement. Mercedes kept my car for 2 weeks, (no offer of a loaner) and returned it to me , saying driver error. 2DAYS LATER, I get a recall notice saying that the power/engine could inadvertantly cut off. I DO NOT feel safe in this car. It is the first Brand new car that I have had in 25 years. I am heartsick, frustrated, and afraid to drive my car.

Very happy with my purchase from RBM Alpharetta. The car has a very comfortable interior with all the features available. Handles well in town and on long drives. Good acceleration for such a big vehicle. Love the contemporary exterior.
