(engine starting) This is the updated Denali version of the refresh GMC Terrain. Why is Denali important? Because one in five GMC products that are sold is now Denali. The ultimate luxury version of what they've got.
What does this one have? Well, let's show you. First, it's got the squared off fender flares. That's typical of a GMC product, but it has these new wheels in 19 inch for Denali and has an 18 inch version for the other trims. In addition, there's this surrounding the fog light meant to represent the C in GMC. Now you'll notice there's a new grill for the train here for the Denali edition. There's also grills for three other trims as well. Not a ton of changes on the inside. There's a refresh updated center stack that looks very usable. The biggest change the CD player is gone. Now a lot of automakers are tossing those because they're trying to save a lot of weight and every ounce counts when it comes to fuel economy. You'll see a new, lighter upholstery here. That's one of two new upholsters you can get in the Terrain. GMC says that came at the request of shoppers. Now, how does it drive? We don't know yet, but we hope to find out The summer before it goes on sale in the fall of 2015.
