Audi’s A7 was redesigned for 2019 with subtle styling tweaks that freshen its look but don’t diminish its hallmark sleek and sloping silhouette. Other changes for the 2019 model year include a powertrain shakeup, revised interior appointments and a new multimedia system.
Under the hood, the luxury sedan trades its supercharged V-6 and eight-speed automatic transmission for a turbocharged V-6 paired with a seven-speed automatic.
Inside, the bar is raised in terms of both materials quality and design, as well as controls and tech features. The multimedia system is all new for 2019; in place of the old wheel-and-trackpad setup are a pair of touchscreens, which are standard across the lineup. Also for 2019, Audi added more standard safety equipment, including forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, as well as expanded standard camera views.
