With the recent revelation that Toyota reportedly plans to discontinue Supra production in 2026, the automaker has titled its announcement of pricing for the 2025 Supra, “Take a Victory Lap in the 2025 Toyota GR Supra.” A victory lap, of course, is the celebratory lap the winner of a race takes after the checkered flag waves.

No More Four

The base four-cylinder engine that has been part of the Supra lineup since the 2021 model year is no more for 2025. That’s the only major change, leaving the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six-cylinder as the sole available engine; it makes 382 horsepower and 368 pounds-feet of torque and can be had with a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. Though official EPA ratings are not yet available for the 2025 model, the 2024 Supra returns an EPA-rated 19/27/21 mpg city/highway/combined with the six-speed manual; the automatic is rated at 21/31/26 mpg. Toyota claims the manual Supra can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds, while the automatic needs just 3.9.

Availability and Pricing

The 2025 Toyota GR Supra goes on sale in the fall. The base Supra 3.0 starts at $57,345, and the 3.0 Premium trim is priced from $60,495 (prices include $1,095 destination).
