My experience at this dealership has always been top notch. I’ve been servicing my vehicles here for years and the entire team has always been consistently good.

We’ve used this dealership three times and every time there has been an issue. The very first time we used them, we left a review online and the service technician had the audacity to email my husband to criticize me and my review. The second time we went, we had to have a key programmed. We were not told that the emergency key (shank) was not cut and that in order to have it cut we would have to send the key to the UK for who knows how long. This third and probably last time - our check engine light is on. Took the car, I believe it was Christian who informed us that the only issue was the need to update the software- to the tune of $300. A day later, the check engine light is back on. What a pain. So did we really need to spend the $300 for something that clearly didn’t correct the problem?? Now we have to drive back to Miami from Parkland, probably be without a car bc they apparently have no loaner cars. We are not pleased whatsoever.

I was provided w a loaner, everyone from service to pickup was wonderful, polite & Professional. My car was returned impeccable. It was a wonderful experience

Excellent service, very professional I went in for service without an appointment, the service guy took me right in without a problem and was very nice. I thought I was going to be there for hours but it was very quick, I was out of there in no time.

Always on time and very respectful. I wish they had more cars to trade my lease. Unfortunately I may change brand just for that .

They overcharged me for service I did not need. And told me I had to get a $1,500 dollar part that my car did not need. I went to a different dealership and they said there was nothing wrong with the part that the told me that I had to get. I know that my annual service should not have been $1,450.00 when the car only have 30 k miles and I only drive it 5 month out of the year . I just purchased a 2022 New one and I’m having regrets and this is my 16th Range Rover.
