Were very accommodating resolved the recall issue and did the service while I waited got there at 10 was out of there by 2:30. Friendly staff and very helpful

Marcos in service did exceptionally well. He made sure my service experience was great.I would definitely recommend him to others. He even made sure my car was dropped off to my house.

Car service

Took our car for service in Land Rover North Miami Beach ,the process was very smooth . Eric our customer service was very helpful on time and made the experience very easy.

Good overall

I brought the car in for service after receiving a letter notice that there were issues with Jaguar’s infotainment system. Overall, the process of dropping off and picking up the car was smooth. The car was returned to me clean and washed, which was great. The only issue was that I specifically mentioned to the service specialist that I had an issue with my FM radio display and was told it’d be fixed as part of the software update they planned to run. However, when I got the car back, nothing was fixed. Apart from that a good experience and the facilities where I waited were great!

Marcos, my service advisor is courteous, knowledgeable, and keeps on top of where my SUV is in the service loop. He especially keeps me informed as to what is being done.

Disappointed in this brand

Not sure who my service advisor was, but I was disappointed in the service today... Yesterday my hazard light came on for my tire pressure. I call in set appt and was advise to bring it in and someone from service would check to see what the issue was. However, she still went ahead and set me an appt for Saturday just in case the issue could not be handle that Friday on short notice... Perfect customer service there . So, I made it to the service department Friday and I was advised I had a big nail in my tire and it will have to be changed. I was advised Friday air would be put in the tire and come back Saturday. Which I was fine with since I had added tire protection To my deal when closing 8 months ago . Today! Saturday, I came in and the advisor couldn't find my warranty and advised me to come back Monday with the contract! He did decide to put some air in the tire as he explained it was hazardous, but sent me on my marry way .No offer of a loaner until we resolve the issue Monday when I asked he did not check... Simple none avalible. Just come back with proof of warranty. I guess I will see him Monday with contract at hand... Mercedez benz would never!
