Mel Tuttle is the Sales Representative To ask For

Choosing and purchasing a new vehicle is never easy, but dealing with Mel Tuttle at Honda Cars of Hickory made the process enjoyable! He had called me about my airbag recall on my 2011 Honda CRV; he said "Come on in I have a deal for you on a 2015 CRV." I didn't make it easy for Mel either every figure he quoted me I had some outrageous figure in mind to throw back at him, however he knew I was joking with him!! After the test drive I was nervous as a cat this car is loaded and I am not crazy over all these "bells and whistles!" Mel reassured me that I was going to love the car when I got use to it. He was right it's a wonderful car and I love it!! I enjoyed working with all the guys that I met during my purchase.Even the financing was made more enjoyable because of the demeanor and personality of Patrick.This was my second car that I have purchased from Honda cars of Hickory. I would recommend this dealership; ask for Mel Tuttle - he is an awesome sales representative, very helpful and sincere.

Great team!

I was a first time car buyer/leaser and both Mark Buchanan and John Culp have been so helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

Great experience !!

This was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Joey Lankford provided excellent service without the usual annoying sales pressure. He was very laid back, provided the information we needed, and let the product basically sell itself... Now granted I would have liked to have gotten a better deal on my monthly payment...(who wouldnt?) But for the product i received i got a steal ! And I am loving my new car!! The length of time it took to actually close the deal was and always is long ....but it was worth it. I anticipate continued good service when I return with "charlie" for his tuneups etc. And look forward to a long satisfying relationship with my new friends at hendrick !!!!

Love my car

I had an excellent experience at Hendricks in Hickory because of the salesperson I had which was Mark Buchanan. He was an excellent salesman because he was very attentive and informative.

Service department and service department management

Service department and service department management is the worst . They will not do the right thing . They try to get out the cheapest way possible. They do not care about there customers they only care about themselves and how to get out the easiest . I've bought 3 cars from them and every car has been an issue trying to get it taken care of and they've all been under warranty. I will never buy another car from Hendrick Honda and I will never send friends or family or anyone for that fact to buy a car from this place.

A great experience

Mark Buchanan was a great help as always. This is not my first Honda and Mark is the reason I keep coming back to Hendrick Honda Hickory. He is by far one of the most courteous saleman I always look forward to working with him.

Always helpful.

Service department is always efficient and thorough in all explanations. Jason Snipes takes time to make sure all my questions are answered. It is well worth the drive to Hickory for the great service.

Awesome experience!

Hickory Honda did an awesome job of helping my family find a vehicle that was perfect for us. They were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Car shopping with a 2 year old isn't easy but their facilities where top notch and child friendly. We are excited to do business with Hickory Honda and Jonathan Davis for many more years!
