Great experience !!!!!!!!!!

I had a 2007 Cadillac SRX with a seized motor. Stop by first class one night, talk to Bob who told me he can help me out. Found a really sharp Nissan Maxima on the lot. Bob and I worked out a deal where he gave me a very very fair price for my 2007 SRX with a seized motor. Everyone there at the dealership was very friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to stop there and talk to Bob one of the nicest guys that I ever talk to.........

3 Words: Horrible, Unprofessional, Low Class

I honestly don't understand how this place can remain in business! The name of "First Cass Auto Sales" IS A JOKE..Should be more like "LOW CLASS AUTO SALES." By far the rudest most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. This should be the last place ANYONE should go if u need a vehicle. The lady (xxxxxxx) seems to be used to bullying people by sending threatening text messages and insulting them. Don't buy from here...

Excellent Customer Experience

My husband and I have been been going to different Car Dealers for the past week looking for the perfect car for me that's within my budget and requirements our Banker recommended 1st Class and so we went. Tom Z was our salesperson, my husband gave him my long list of requirements and Tom was able to give me at least 6 options to choose from and he was very good at sticking to the list, and what's great about it is was their competitive pricing and how well maintained their cars are. After going around the lot and showing me the cars, he asked me to choose my 2 favorites and to test drive them. I finally decided on Saturn Vue V6 2007. We went in the office to take care of paperwork, There was a bit of a problem on my status on getting a loan, but Tom did not give up on finding a way to get what I needed. I was also impressed at how the owner Bob, went out to greet us and had a good laugh with my Husband, Ms Daryl was also a sweetheart making sure our paperwork was correctly filled. overall both my husband and I had a great customer experience with 1st Class Auto! Would definitely recommend them!

2nd car purchased for them

My mom purchased her car from 1st class auto about 6 or so years ago the first time she purchased the process went smoothly and she was driving her used car in no time. This past Tuesday me and my mom decided it was time for an upgrade so we went back to 1st class auto beacaue of the excellent service we had from our previous trip years prior. The process this time was just as great as the first we were in the market for a mid sized suv. The dealer we usually deal with is named Tom he is a great sales person. Tuesday was his day off and since me and my mom are returning customers he came in on his day off to help us with our new purchase overall the process took about 3 hours from start to finish including test drive and paperwork. We drove home in our new 09 suv and have been loving it even since. This dealership is fantastic, it may be a smaller dealership compared to others but the service is nothing other than fantastic.

Horrible Car Purchase From 1st Class Auto Sales In Langhorne

A bunch of xxxxxxx owners and salesman....Bought a car for my daughter...Was told By Vincent D that the car the car went through a safety check by his mechanic an only needed Two ( 2) o2 sensors. The brakes would pass and tires were good. Well the didn't lie about the tires. The car needs $1,100.00 to get through inspection. The front and rear brakes are shot with rotors and drums. The O2 sensors are shot. The EGR Valve is shot...Oh and the day we took the car for a test drive the weather was sunny (no floor mats) The day we picked the car up. Heavy duty floor mats in the car...Covering up the lake in the floor from the leaky sunroof. Waaaay to take advantage of an 18 year old that saved her money. Guess we should have ran when we took a Jeep Cherokee for a test drive and blew the transmission but then again Vincent D told us it was low on fluid

Service

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and returned it 4 times for the same problem. The problem was never fixed and the salesman was usually not available when I went to pick up or drop off the vehicle. The vehicle is now out of warranty and I am stuck with a big expense. Each time that I dropped off the vehicle, it would be used for test drives and the gas that they used was never replaced. I had almost a full tank of gas and when I had gotten it back, it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. I will not purchase a vehicle there and would not recommend this dealership to anyone else.

CJ I'M SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE PROBLEM WITH FIXING WHAT SOUNDS TO BE A CHECK ENGINE LITE . . . Unfortunately THE CAR HAS TO BE DRIVEN TO RE-BOOT THE MONITORS HENCE THE REASON WE DROVE IT . . . WE EVIDENTLY WE'RE TRYING HARD IF WE WENT THROUGH THAT MUCH GAS ??? MARTY

I got a 2004 dodge darango from here I must say the truck was very clean and runs great the sales man where so nice and where willing to work with me to help me get a truck they where great and good people onist and kind if I ever reconvened a car place thos would be it

Just bought car #7 and as always it was a pleasure dealing with Marty,Vince,and everyone. Great selection of vehicles, when I or anyone I know needs a good car or truck First Class is the only place for me.
