Purchased a Toyata Rav4 just before the recent snow storm. Could not have come at a better time. The vehicle performed above and beyond all expectations. The buying experience was top notch. All members of the staff could not be more helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. If your looking for a used car or truck, I cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I found a car at 1st Class Auto in Langhorne, PA through this site. We tried to find reviews of this company before going there because I HATE dealing with car salesmen but we could not find any reviews. We took a chance and we are very glad we did!! Tom was our salesman and he was not pushy in any way. We found the car we were there to see and had time to evaluate it before Tom approached us and asked if he could help. We took it for a test drive and decided we were definitely interested but we wanted our mechanic to look at it first. They took a copy of our license and allowed us to take it to our mechanic who was SO impressed with the car that he wanted to buy it if we didn't!! That is a recommendation!! He found a few minor things that needed addressing and we talked to Tom about it. He asked if we would accept their mechanic doing the work and we agreed. The cost of the repairs would have bumped the price up over our budget so the owner worked with us. We have now had the car for a little over a week and we could not be happier with our purchase or our experience!! We would definitely buy from them again and recommend them! In fact, they will be our first stop in the future!!

So I bought a 2002 Subaru Forester S for $4,500. Seemed pretty good deal since the car had a little over 140,000 miles. After buying the car I brought it home, to Maryland over an hour away, and about 2 weeks of owning the car I notice spots on my driveway, something was leaking. So I got under the car to have a look and what do I see, antifreeze all over the steering rack. So I take it to my local Subaru dealer and on the way to the dealer the check engine light comes on, well come to find out the head gaskets were bad and it had a P0420 code (catalytic converter efficiency below threshold). I contacted the dealer multiple times and received no help what so ever even though I was still under the 90 day, 1,000 mile warranty. 1st Class Auto Sales refused to do anything about it and ignored my calls; the quality of their customer service is extremely poor. At one point I ask for the manager/owner and was told he was out but they would give him the message and yet still no returned phone call. So with NO help from 1st Class Auto Sales, I had to spend $2,200 to have the head gaskets replaced and another $600 for a new catalytic converter. So the price of the car and repair coasts, that’s a total of $7,300, so please DO NOT buy a car from 1st Class Auto Sales in Langhorne, PA, but if you must, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have your mechanic look over the car before you buy, BUYERS BEWARE!!!

If you're looking for a nice used car and want to deal with honest & friendly people, this is the place. Even though I did not see exactly what I wanted on my first visit, I got a phone call the next day about a car they had found for me. Thanks for your help!

excellent sales team, friendly salesman, clean place, very nice selection. This is my second purchase from here and if I need to go again for something else it will be my first stop. Always a pleasure and easy transaction. Never had an issue with either vehicle!

Of all the used cars I have purchased this experience was the best. They were very nice people did'nt try and sell me something I did'nt want. I was in the market for a used car but I had to find something that would fit within my budget and my lifestyle.
