The service was efficient and courteous.

The service was efficient and courteous. My BMW Is now running very well. It is always a pleasure to deal with Cory. I only wish the diagnostic charge were not so high, since it was recommended that I replace all eight spark plus and coils. Knowing that, why was the diagnosis so extensive, to identify which two spark plugs and coils were malfunctioning?

John Caruso did a great job ordering my new M2 and shepherding me through the ordering process. I was pleased with the trade-in value the dealership offered me for the car I was replacing, a 2024 M2.

Very professional and nice. I liked that a video was given via text to explain what was going on with my vehicle. Only one thing that upset me…..on pick up of my vehicle, An employee named Kevin was very unfriendly and set the mood badly. In my opinion, he should not greet or even speak to a customer.
