I came to the dealership on my way to another brand. I decided I'd check out the dealership experience - even if I wasn't planning on buying a BMW. Well - great service and a great car turn into a great experience. My sales person was Howard Schneider and he is a true enthusiast! Love my new m235i and really appreciate the treatment and experience I've had at the dealership.

Radio
Purchased a vehicle in August of 2015. There was some discrepancy resolving satellite radio subscription. The Internet team was fantastic is getting the issue resolved. Excellent customer service!!!

Outstanding: Dealership with friendly staff and management
I purchased a 2013 BMW 740ix from BMW of Westlake. The salmon Jerry Mancini, to the General Manager give me outstanding service, listened to my needs and assisted me in selecting a car best for my daily needs. The Finance Manager/Director were easy to get along with helped process my loan and the documents and a friendly manner. I will surly purchase my next vehicle from the same location. I had been to many dealers and felt the only interest was the profit margin. However, at BMW Westlake they made me feel I was important as a customer.

Called in to the dealership. Spoke to John Caruso. Made offer. Two short phone calls later deal was done. Signed papers that afternoon and scheduled pickup of car the next day. Nate gave me a quick run down. Easy as pie.

Quick and efficient!
I recently leased a 2015 BMW (328 i xdrive) demo unit from BMW Westlake. The salesman presented me with a range of price points and did not try to oversell me. I reviewed the price points made my offer based upon the money factor and residual value of the lease. I was not impressed by the dealer's failure to negotiate on the money factor. I had proposed a money factor of (0 .00120 )or 2.89%, which BMW North America advertises on its website, but was told that it applied to 2016 vehicles. Hindsight being 20/20, it appears that this is untrue since the dealer is assigning a money factor of (0.00120) 2.89% to get 2015 vehicles off the lot! I was quote a money factor of 0.00147 or 3.52%.

Ken was the best.Comunication during the process was flawless.He sent me requested information promptly.Drove the car to a location closer to me the night before.Took time to explain cars features in great detail.Thanks to Ken we were in and out with new car in just under 3 hours.
