BMW X5 for the wife and kids!

I needed a new pre-owned SUV for my wife and kids our last stop was here at BMW of Middleburg Hts. Our sales guy Q who was recommended by a family friend who recently had bought a car from him as well. He showed us a few SUVs but by the end of it all he listened to what I needed and my budget and landed us on a beautiful X5. Best buying experience ever! It worked out great for my situation and all it took was a sales guy who listens to the customer. You know what they say happy wife to happy life!

Recent BMW purchase

Howard Schneider made the buying process easy for me. He is very service oriented and understands all aspects and features of the BMW I purchased and is always timely in responding. Because of Howard I did not think about visiting another dealer.

The pleasure is all mine!!!!

Thank you Howard Schneider for making he purchase of my first BMW a pleasurable experience! From the time I walked in to ask some questions to the moment I drove the beauty away, Howard saw to it that every detail was handled. And thanks also to Dirk, 'the Genius', who patiently went over the 'bells and whistles' with me until I was comfortable. AND, I even get an Encore!! To top that all off, the pleasure continues--EVERY time I drive it out of the garage!! Thanks again Howard!! (and Dirk, too!) Just had my Encore with Nate! My smile just keeps getting bigger! Excellent service and deals!

I leased my second BMW with Howard Schneider at the westlake store and received fabulous customer service and a great deal too. I'm thrilled with my new ride and would recommend visiting with Howard if you are in the market for a new car. He will go all out to find you a great deal!

Great sales department!

Bought my first BMW! I could not recommend BMW of Westlake enough! They were so inviting and I was never intimidated. My last car was a Chevrolet and I cannot speak enough about how nice and professional this dealership was. The service was impeccable. Ken Delk was an amazing salesman and made sure he got the perfect car for me. We actually had it built to my specifications. The options were endless, I loved it. He made the process so simple and stress free. Fred Palmer was the one who took my trade in and made it so painless and simple I was amazed. They took the guess work out of everything and there were never any surprises, until i saw the car come off the truck of course!!!

A fast and efficent review of my new BMW

When I went to pick up my car, it was ready for me. The BMW genius walked myself and my wife through the important features of the car in a very efficient manor. The financial portion of the purchase was just as prepared and efficient. It was simply everything that I wanted without anything I did not. Ken Delk was easy to deal with from the start and kept me up to date on the build and transport of my car. I was very excited to finally see my M2 in person.

Positive Experience and Best Inventory

Steve Mihalic was our salesman. He made the our experience easy, worked with me on tight time schedules and found the exact car that fit our needs and wants. Worked hard to get us good pricing and beat competition.

Easiest process I've ever experienced

We had looked at several cars/dealerships before deciding on BMW of Westlake. Jerry Mancini was so upfront and honest it was refreshing. Jerry went above and beyond for us including waiting so patiently for us to be late for our pickup appointment. Furthermore, while we were outside waiting for our test drive, we were approached by Nez to see if we needed any assistance. We were amazed when we found out that he isn't a sales person but a porter with great initiative. Financing was even easier than any past car purchase experience. We only sat with Fred Palmer for maybe 15 minutes and it was seamless. Finally, the genius, Dirk Steffen was a hilarious pleasure. Dirk went over everything we need to know about the car with bonus humor. We believe that courtesy and excellent customer service is inherent in all of the employees at BMW of Westlake. We've never been happier with a dealership overall then we are with BMW of Westlake.

The reason I keep coming back.

Just took delivery of my sixth leased BMW, my fifth from this dealership. Fred Palmer is always the first person I call when it is new vehicle time and he has been involved with every vehicle I have leased from this dealership. Our latest purchase is my wife's daily driver. Fred and Jerry Mancini provided us with multiple test drive opportunities while helping us select the right vehicle to accommodate our needs. Once we made our choice, they ordered and delivered the new vehicle with astonishing speed. The lease return process could not have been easier and Product Genius, Dirk Steffen made sure I didn't drive off the lot without being completely comfortable with all the features of our new vehicle. Another great experience. I'd also be remiss if I didn't give a mention to Cassie Thadeus, who has provided my wife and I with "top shelf" treatment during service visits throughout our multiple BMW ownerships.
