Class and Professionalizm

New to BMW. I can't say enough about the level of service. John Caruso invested the better part of an afternoon reviewing inventory and options, and ultimately paired me with the model and upgrades that met my needs. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! John made what's typically a cumbersome, stressful experience into - dare I say - an enjoyable one. At delivery, Nate then spent several hours reviewing features and functions. And, Mike completed the Financing quickly and painlessly. Just stellar. Truly a best-in-class organization. Thanks, John/team. Very much appreciated.

I'm very happy with the whole BMW Westlake Experience.

John Caruso was our client adviser he is very professional, knowledgeable of the BMW line. John and Frank Steffen took such great care of us even stayed late on holiday weekend, made the whole process stress free. They were both very professional and accommodating. Mike Niedzwiecki in finance was very professional also very thorough and low stress in the paperwork and finance department. And finally, Dan Timmers he's awesome he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I plan on coming back for a the Encore Delivery to learn more about the car so we can really appreciate all it has to offer. I'll recommend John and Westlake BMW to all my clients. Start of the art dealership excellent service

I recently bought a car at BMW of Westlake. Very clean and beautiful show room. John Caruso was my salesman. John was very professional,polite knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make this transaction as smooth as possible. Mike Niedzwiecki in finance was very professional.I will definetly recommend my friends to BMW Westlake.

Wonderful Experience

I recently leased a new BMW XI. Howard Schneider was my client advisor and he was fabulous to work with. He was most informative and thorough in answering all my questions during the transaction. I felt that his professionalism was paramount as was his knowledge about the vehicle. I can't speak highly enough regarding my experience at BMW of Westlake.

Fantastic Experience, pleasure to work with

Marc was just fantastic to work with. I'm currently located in North Carolina, and had to handle the entire negotiation and purchase over the phone. Marc was prompt, professional, honest, and did a great job of representing the condition of the car, as well as being willing to negotiate what I felt was an exceptionally fair price. At every step of the way, I felt good about the transaction. The car was delivered in great condition, and was just as A+ as Marc had described. I've had the car for a few months now and my BMW ownership experience has been better than I could've hoped for. The rest of the staff that I worked with (Dan Walker in finance and Fred Palmer) were also great. 5 stars and would definitely recommend and buy from again.

Patient, informative and friendly

My experience in buying my new BMW was incredibly non-stressful. Howard Schneider was very helpful and informative but always allowing me to make decisions regarding my selection myself. It was very helpful that he took the needed time to familiarize me with the different technical features that my car offers. I am also relieved to have another appointment soon, at the dealership's recommendation and encouragement to review these features now that I have had the car for a few weeks, in order to maximize my use of all that my new BMW offers. Thank you to all.

Excellent car buying experience

Putrri Padbatan was wonderful to work with - knowledgeable about the cars and the whole process. She was helpful and informative, without being pushy or stressful. She made the whole car buying process fun. Michael Niedzwiecki was also very thorough and low stress in the paperwork and finance department. And finally, Dan who gave me a very helpful 10-minute tutorial on my car before I had to leave. Very knowledgeable, and plan on coming back for a longer session to learn more about my brand new shiny car! I'm very happy with the whole BMW experience.
