The Perfect Bimmer

Great experience with my salesman Qasim "Q"Shirazi. I came from Indiana to purchase my 2012 535i and was treated very kind and respectful. Very satisfied with this dealership............

Hassle and pressure free...

Good pricing and no pressure. Excellent inventory and patient sales staff that works with you in arranging test drives until you find the car you want. No service history as of yet to make an accurate assessment of the service department.

I was very impressed with all of your team

Out of state sale.

We came five hours to this dealership, the vehicle we bought was spotless, and we expected nothing less. We brought our four kids, one being a newborn, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. Greg was knowledgable and nice. Dan, in finance, worked hard to get us an excellent rate. I recommend a purchase from here.

Great Service and communication.

"Q" and Jeff did a great job with customer service. We live in Michigan and we sealed the deal with no issues within 24 hours of finding the car on autotrader. The communication throughtout the process was amazing. Well done!

Excellent experience

Steve Mihalic was my sales professional. He was incredibly knowledgable regarding the product offerings, thoughtful and patient. No pressure sales is what I would expect with this brand. Fred and others provided resource, counsel and were simply enjoyable to talk to. I have already shared my positive experience with others.

Great all-around experience

I contacted the dealership after finding a car equipped just like I wanted. John Redden was great to work with and always e-mailed or called promptly whenever I had questions or needed additional info. He even drove to the Audi dealership to pick me up after I dropped off my leased car. There were no surprises with the transaction and no undue pressure from Mike in Finance to purchase any add-ons that weren't needed. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and I would do so again even though this was a 2 hour drive for me to get there from Columbus.

Outstanding dealership and sales person

Ken Delk was my sales professional. I visited the dealership shopping and within a reasonable period of time I purchased a 2016 428ix.Ken has a unique skill to listen and respond to the customer's interests. He is low Key but totally knowledgeable of the products. He discloses all information relevant to evaluating the value of the deal. He is excellent with disclosure and paperwork and follows up after the purchase to see if all is OK. Very impressive customer service.Dirk delivered the car with clear explaination of the car's systems.
