This is the second BMW we have purchased from this dealership because of our interaction with the sales person. He has been responsive and patient with us.

I contacted the dealership after finding a car equipped just like I wanted. John Redden was great to work with and always e-mailed or called promptly whenever I had questions or needed additional info. He even drove to the Audi dealership to pick me up after I dropped off my leased car. There were no surprises with the transaction and no undue pressure from Mike in Finance to purchase any add-ons that weren't needed. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and I would do so again even though this was a 2 hour drive for me to get there from Columbus.

He is low Key but totally knowledgeable of the products. He discloses all information relevant to evaluating the value of the deal. He is excellent with disclosure and paperwork and follows up after the purchase to see if all is OK.
