This is my second car lease from Enrique. My first Lexus was from him at Lexus Santa Monica. Now I followed him to Jim Falk Lexus. His service is that good! He treats my husband and I like VIPs. I hope Jim Falk Lexus appreciates the asset they have in Enrique.

This was the forth car I leased from this dealership, third in the last two years from Michael Heredia. I would make sure to have all details of the deal (promises etc.) in writing, to avoid any misunderstanding. Otherwise, my experience was good.

Natalia made the experience informative, fun and very easy. She answered all questions, gave a great tutorial of the car and expedited all the paperwork. It was the fastest I have ever leased a car and it was a celebration!

Let me start off by saying how professional and welcoming they are! When you get there, ask for Enrique! He really exceeds one's expectations to make sure that you are content with every single step into buying your new car. He got me a remarkable deal, while I got the particular car with the precise exterior & interior color that I wanted. By the way, this all took less than one hour! Talk about fast service. After undergoing such horrible experiences from other dealerships, I came to a realization that every single individual should make Jim Falk Lexus their number one choice.

We worked with Enrique on the purchase of a certified pre-owned Lexus. He was very helpful in locating a vehicle for us and keeping us updated on any status changes to the vehicle. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. If we had any questions he was very responsive. He was even responsive to us on his days off !! He took the time to show us how to work the mechanical aspects of the car, insured the car was clean and ready for us to inspect it. We enjoyed working with him and would not hesitate to deal with him again should the need arise.

Got an quote on the vehicle i wanted over the email, and looks good price and went down to check it out, all ready to buy. When talking about the prices i was quoted. At first they are fine, after they know that i'm not trading in my previous car due to really low price they offered, they don't look happy and change the selling price up a few thousand dollar and telling me there are discount in the price i'm not eligible. They quoted my the price in email with small little tiny words saying those discount is for leasing, while I've told them at the very beginning that i'm buying not leasing. Very disappointed at this dealership's business model. Making offer with discount that DOES NOT apply and lure you in, trying to ripe you off with real low trade in price to make up those discount given to you, and if you don't trade in, then jack up the price saying you don't get those discount. TOTALLY shameful business model. Would tell everyone i know to stay away from this dealership and the same chain under "Jim Falk"
