We recently purchased a 2013 Lexus and worked with...

We recently purchased a 2013 Lexus and worked with Enrique Carvajal. He did an outstanding job for us and made the process a pleasure. He was thorough, professional and very helpful. In a conversation regarding a service that we wished to have done Enrique offered to drive to our home (2 hours away) to pick up our car and bring it back to the dealership and then return it to us once the service had been completed. Although we ultimately did not take him up on his offer we appreciated his willingness to make this happen! Following the purchase of the car there was a mix-up in the paperwork. We made Enrique aware of the problem and he assured us that the situation would be resolved. He took personal responsibility to make sure that the problem was corrected. We can recommend Enrique without reservation. If you're looking for a sales consultant who is trustworthy, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles then Enrique is the right choice.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Enrique and everyone over at Jim Falk Lexus. Enrique made the car buying process simple, stress free and enjoyable. He worked hard to get me a great deal that I was pleased with and I would recommended anyone to Enrique. We had a great experience with buying our new CT200H. Enrique is a great sales guy, he's correct, polite and very professional. The total experience @ Jim Falk was a real pleasure and everything went very smooth. I would definitely recommend everybody to buy their Lexus / car at this dealer.

While searching for a pre-owned 2013 Lexus ES 350, I came...

While searching for a pre-owned 2013 Lexus ES 350, I came across one that fit the bill -- at Jim Falk Lexus. It did not have navigation, which we didn't want, it was the color we wanted (Nebula Gray with a gray interior, not the more common black that we didn't want), and it had a great price with very low mileage of less than 6,600 miles. My only concern was the fact that it wasn't certified: was there something wrong with it? When I called to inquire about the car, Doug Sanchez took my call and was very responsive from the get-go. He answered all my questions, gave a satisfactory answer about the lack of certification (plus, we determined that the dealership would be willing to certify it if we paid for that process, which was the reassurance we wanted to make sure there wasn't a reason for the lack of certification), and Doug stayed on top of our calls and questions throughout the day. When we went to see the car that evening, he was as professional as we expected, knew answers to all our specific questions about the model but wasn't pushy, and made the process very easy. We bought the car yesterday and, so far, we love it! Assuming nothing unexpected happens, we'll remain happy with Doug Sanchez and with Jim Falk Lexus, and will recommend it to friends. The financing department was also top-notch, getting us a great loan rate of 1.69% and a very reasonable price for the extended warranty. Very satisfied!

If you want to waste your time

Called first to check, then drove almost 2 hours to find out that the sales person made a mistake; the rx450h advertised on cars.com were supposedly just sold, and had another car pushed on me. Guessed common tactic to get customer into their dealership. Wanted to check with the Manager, the guy had the look and attitude of "how dare you waste my time". Is it because it's Beverly Hill? Whatever... Don't waste your time.

ESPECIALLY MY SALES REP ENRIQUE C..I MET HIM OUTSIDE THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR A PARK, AND HE DIRECTED ME ALL THE TIME HELPING ANOTHER CUSTMER OFF....HE SAID TO ME HE WOULD HELP ME IF I WOULD LET HIM... I LIKED HIS APPROACH. THE FACT THAT HE MADE THE APPROACH WHILE HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS A SIGN THAT HE WAS THE HARDWORKING REP FOR ME....
