I leased an RX 350 today from Enrique. He was patient and not pushy and made me feel very comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and made what could be a stressful situation very pleasant. He also made sure that I didn't leave until I knew the car well. He even dropped the car off at my house because I had my previous car. He also made sure that I got an amazing deal. I will follow Enrique to where ever he goes.

Michael Heredia is the best sales person I have ever come across. He has integrity and that was important to me. I would rate him at 10/10. He made my experience at the dealership great. Lexus of Beverly hills is very lucky to have him as an employee. In the course of one and half I went through over 20 dealerships and none of the sales people can compare to Michael Heredia. By Far THE BEST LEXUS DEALER I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH! Huey Han was My Salesman and HE ACTUALLY WANTS TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS by doing things FAST AND SIMPLE AND ABSOLUTE NO BS or Lag! I always thought Beverly Hills Lexus was for people who are Very Wealthy and Rich so My family and I have always went to Longo Lexus as we are the average Joe type, But after Huey called me and got My attention on a Great Deal that I had Called Longo Lexus for them to Match as supposidly Longo is the Biggest Lexus Dealer that have everything in stock etc etc, Longo couldnt match the deal and in fact told me I was making it up aka I was a liar, So i went strait to Beverly Lexus and man o man! I was in and out within an Hour! I did NOT feel rushed, They made me feel important and that they All wanted to earn My Business, Even though i only grabbed a IS350F I got the full proper treatment that i never had gotton at Longo nor at any other Dealer! Everyone MUST give them a try! Its as if they are the LAST HONEST DEALER! I know they are still making $ off me of course but because of the way Huey and everyone there that delt with me were so superb and proffesional and quick, I actually Enjoyed the entire experience and didnt feel it as a full on transaction type of deal anymore, I hope my wording makes sense to you guys reading My review! Must GIVE THIS DEALER A TRY! THEIR 90% on Service and 10% on profit! Regardless accurate or not, It sure FEELS that way!

After trying to deal with another dealership who was unresponsive, I came to Jim Falk Lexus. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in and decided to call the dealership directly. I asked for someone in sales, I was transferred to Enrique Carvajal. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease right away. I came in later that week with my mom ( she was more excited than I was about my Lexus) Enrique, who speaks fluent Spanish, was very kind to her and explained every detail of the car to me. I got an excellent interest rate and left the lot with my 2013 RX350.

Everyone at Jim Falk Lexus have been and continue to be friendly, professional and very knowledgeable especially Enrique. Any questions that I have had they are quick to answer. My voicemails are promptly returned. Any issues I have had (minor misunderstandings) were IMMEDIATELY resolved without argument. I have bought cars from 3 dealerships previously (2 Mercedes and one Ford) and I never have been treated so well as I have at Jim Falk Lexus. I walked into the dealship in my school uniform (scrubs) looking like I didnt have a dime to spend and yet Enrique treated me like a millionaire! I wasnt planning on making my purchase that day, even though I had done my research and knew they had the best prices for what I was looking for but once I met with Enrique I couldnt imagine taking my business anywhere else! I almost bought an Audi a month before and my experience in the dealership had me running for the door... I was actually really nervous to walk into another Beverly Hills dealership and run the risk of getting "Pretty Womaned" but I am SOOOO happy I decided to check out Jim Falk. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Lexus 300h and I could not be happier with my experience!

Very easy buying experience. Our salesperson Huey was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and fun to be with. Had a bad experience the manager Robert. He was disrespectful and couldn't be bothered to leave his office to clear up some questions regarding our trade in. The facility is in urgent need of a remodel but the staff does seem very professional.
