Enrique Carvajal was a fantastic person to work with. He was very patient, extremely knowledgable, very informative. I got the best price in all of the southland .... I called every dealership and researched! Enrique also is a wizard with electronics and set up the Bluetooth and any other communications between my iPhone and the Lexus. The Beverly Hills dealership was so friendly that even though I don't live close I may just go there for service!

After owning a 2006 Lexus GS430, the time had finally come to get a new car. I visited both Santa Monica and Beverly Hills Lexus to see who would provide the best service and the best price, in other words who wanted to earn my business. Santa Monica ignored me for hours without one person even greeting or speaking to me on my first visit there. When I visited Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills, I was immediately greeted by Omid. He was friendly, presentable and honest. To be fair, I did go back to Santa Monica after speaking to Omid to see what Santa Monica could offer me in terms of service and pricing on a new 2013 GS 350. On my second visit, I was approached and greeted but never taken seriously. It was clear to me that the deal presented by Omid, his openness to earn my business and his desire to stay involved even after the purchase, made it a no-brainer to work with Jim Falk of Beverly Hills, but more importantly with Omid Navid, who I now plan on contacting within the next twelve months to purchase a new car for my wife. It goes without saying, that for my next purchase the first and likely only spot I will visit will be Jim Falk of Beverly Hills and the only person I will work with will be Omid Navid, because of his honesty, integrity and willingness to earn my business.

I called in response to a letter to exchange my 2012 for...

I called in response to a letter to exchange my 2012 for a 2013 and Michael Heredia was the person I spoke to. We set up an appointment and he met with me, explained everything to me, showed me the cars on the floor, took me to a lot in Century City to show me all options. He explained the leather seats and what comes in the package with them and the newer seats that lack some of the things. I test drove the car and made my decision. He took care of getting me to the finance person and while I was working with him, he had the car detailed and filled with gas. When I came out to find Michael, he had already transferred some of my things into my new car, like my car seats and golf clubs. Then he helped me with the rest and went over every detail so I can use and enjoy my new car. He also said if I needed to go over anything with him later to call him or come see him. He was terrific and I recommend him to help you customers.

Both Bianca and Michael were very helpful, professional and friendly. Michael explained the car to me twice, once at test drive and again upon delivery. Michael also agreed to drop off the vehicle at my house which was very convenient for me and a further time and customer service commitment for him.

I had a really great experience with Monique. She is dedicated to her customers and made the car buying experience a pleasure. She is super friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal possible and the perfect car. I highly recommend Monique for your next lexus!

Other than a small misunderstanding amongst the parties, my experience was much better than I have had with other dealerships. My rating is based upon the level the dealership was willing to go to solve the misunderstanding that occurred after I had purchased the car outright. That is where the "rubber meets the road." The dealership changed their own company policy, to make me the most satisfied of customers! This happens rarely in business, and it should be noted here, that is is greatly appreciated. I believe, that not for the constant care given by Monique to get this deal done, it might not have. My overall satisfaction rating on a scale of 1-5 is 5. S
