Great dealership with high quality salesman

Dan Warren is a terrific salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the 2015 ford explorer that I bought, and he took his time showing me the car and its features. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

2017 Ford Escape-Go see Dallas!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape. We are expecting our second child and needed a larger vehicle. Dallas Hicks helped us with finding the perfect vehicle to fit our needs. He was very professional and had a very upbeat personality and went above and beyond to help us with our growing family. I would highly recommend him and Ken Wilson Ford for making the process enjoyable from the start.

Great car buying experience

I visited the dealership to inquire about a Mustang GT I had seen online. My salesman was Dallas Hicks, and he answered all my questions and arranged the test drive without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured to buy. I liked the deal we worked out, so I did buy the car. Mr. Williams in the finance office did a great job explaining my finance options and helped me pick the rate and terms that worked best for me. Dallas was very helpful transferring all of my personal items from the trade-in to my new car. Dallas then did a great job of explaining and showing me how everything on the car worked before I left. I had been promised a "We Owe" for some work to be done on my car as part of the deal. The arrangements were made and the work was done in a very timely manner. Overall, it was an exceptional car buying experience, and I will more than likely do business with them again even though I have another dealer much closer to my home.

Stress Free Buying Experience

I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Ford Focus. Lynn Bright made the process pretty much stress free. I came to look at a used car I had seen online, and after talking to me about what I was looking for in a car, he made a much better recommendation. So far, my car has been nothing but reliable. Gets great gas mileage and does not require expensive upkeep. Very pleased with my experience. Also, glad to see the changes in the maintenance department with the addition of the new service shop. Has really sped up coming in for oil changes, etc.

Great experience

I really had a great experience and got the vehicle I wanted. Very quick on getting paperwork done and getting me on the road with my new ride. When I am in the market again for another vehicle I will look at purchasing again from you. Not only was our salesman Tim very nice, all of the staff was very pleasant.

oil change

the service was great and the people friendly. but this the seconded time i showed to find you not open. your sign says it opens at 0700.it was 0705 before anyone showed up and at that time i was informed he did not open until 0730. there was no other sign saying you opened at 0730 just the one that says 0700. if you are not going to open at the time posted please put up a sign that says what time you will open.
