Ken Wilson is among the very best car dealers we have ever purchased from. The salesman, Dave Turner, was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and no pressure, which was a key in our return to purchase. The dealer quickly corrected a few items on the vehicle before pickup and has been flawless. We've already shared our above & beyond experience there with a few friends who are impressed with our vehicle.

Took my truck in for a recall having to do with a park module. After a very short wait, I talked to my advisor and the truck was whisked away and returned less than an hour later with the park module updated as well as a fix on another system. Wonderful service.

Took our 22 Bronco Sport in for 20k service. Was in and out in about an hour. Could not be more pleased. These people are the friendliest employees I have ever seen. We have had MB's, BMW and Volvo's but have never been treated so well as Ken Wilson. The added benefit is that it you time it right you can have lunch at the Southern Porch in Downtown on your way back home.

Have worked with Ken Wilson Ford, specifically,Jeff Pruitt, over the last 10 years. During this time, my family and I have purchased other vehicles as well from other dealers. By a wide margin, Ken Wilson Ford/Jeff makes the buying experience a pleasure, through clear communication and a top notch F&I Department. Together, they create a seamless transaction. Can’t imagine buying a Ford from any other dealership.

I have never worked with people at a dealership who were more knowledgeable but also more interested in doing the "rIght" thing in taking care of a customer than Ken Wilson.
